Actress: I Stay Younger By Dating Younger Men

40 year old Hollywood actress, Gabrielle Union was featured in People Magazine 100 Most Women in the World issue.

It’s no surprise that Gabrielle Union was picked as one of People’s Most Beautiful People this year.
She joined the ranks of Halle Berry, Kelly Rowland and Kerry Washington in the issue dedicated to the hottest stars in Hollywood.
While showing off that flawless skin and toned body in the exclusive photo shoot, she dished some tea on how she found the fountain of youth:

When asked how she stays and looks young, she replied:
"I started drinking a gallon of water a day in my mid-thirties. It changed everything from weight maintenance, to hair, skin, nails and digestion. Plus, I stay younger by dating younger. Dip into the kiddie pool, ladies! It worked for me.
She also told the magazine that at age 40, she’s the woman she’s always wanted to be.

 Gabrielle is currently dating NBA star, Dwayne Wade, who is 9 years her junior.
