The Nigerian scored for the Blues on
Thursday night as Swiss side, FC Basel were put to the sword, 3-1 at
Stamford Bridge in the second leg semifinal of Europe’s second tier club
competition.
The 22-year-old took to the social
microblogging site, Twitter to express his happiness at helping Chelsea
qualify for the showpiece game of the competition.
“Buzzing to be in Europa League final! Amazing night thanks so much for all the support,” he tweeted via @VictorMoses.
Moses has now scored four goals in his last six Europa League games for Chelsea.
His compatriot, John Obi Mikel was not listed by the Chelsea manager, Rafa Benitez in the game against FC Basel.
